The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of human frame. Most people seen by primary care providers could benefit from the encouragement and advice on the physical activity and exercise. If we persuade ourselves the first step, there is a good chance that we will make regular exercise on priority like yoga or with the help of any gym equipment like exercise bikes, kettlebell, cross trainer, elliptical trainer, spin bike, recumbent bikes and weight plates etc to cure obesity. If we stick to that for the 1st two to three weeks, that’s all there is to make a difference! Then exercising becomes a habit to maintain good and healthy living.
Not many would decry the importance of physical exercise with fitness equipment at Gym or exercise workouts at home gym. “Sound mind in a sound body” is an age old truth. When the body is not in good state, mind too cannot be in its proper frame. An ailing body cannot contribute to mental stability. Life is a continuous struggle and in this world of cutthroat competition, only the best and the strongest will succeed; the weak will perish. Strong arms alone can swim against the current. How to keep the body fit and strong then? It is not right to think that tonics and medicines will ensure that! Rich food also cannot solve that purpose. Only when the system is strong, it can assimilate rich foods.
So there is no short cut to build a strong and healthy body. No way but by physical exercise. It is a process to be systematically pursued with right exercise equipment which is scientifically proven and perfect. Body is like a fort. When the fort is strong, enemies dare not to attack it! When the body is strong, diseases dare not to threat. Like a cunning thief diseases wait; when the body becomes weak, diseases will steal in. Like a band of soldiers guarding a fort, physical exercises keep the body strong and unyielding.
We need to be fit and healthy, to meet the challenges of life with a smile on our lips; with courage and confidence born out of our fitness, health and strength, both physically and mentally.
